Predict42 is seeking a Product Design Intern (m/f/d) with a focus on Visual & UI/UX Design to join our AI-driven MIGO Feedback Hub team in Mainz. You will collaborate with our Product Designer and cross-functional engineers to shape the look and feel of our web and mobile interfaces.

The role offers hands-on experience with design systems, user flows, and platform patterns, plus exposure to AI-powered product development.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a university program focused on UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
• A sharp eye for visual design paired with conceptual and systemic thinking.
• German language at C1 minimum.
• Bonus: initial coding experience or internships in AI-powered products.

Product Design Intern (UI/UX & Visual Design)

We at Predict42 are the "AI-first" B2B SaaS scale-up behind the MIGO Feedback Hub. We transform scattered feedback for global market leaders into actionable knowledge – with AI as the true core of our product, rather than just a trendy feature. To scale our growth, we operate in three focused streams: Platform (Data & ML), Innovation (Chat & AI), and Web Application (our MIGO Hub). We are currently looking for a motivated Product Design Intern (m/f/d) with a focus on Visual & UI/UX Design to join us. You will work side-by-side with our full-time Product Designer and collaborate closely with our CPO and cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic UX & Concepts: Help craft strategic UX concepts and user flows, learning how to align user needs with core business goals.
• UI & Visual Execution: Design clean, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile apps while adhering to our brand standards and SaaS design patterns.
• Design System Refinement: Collaborate closely with our Product Designer to help refine, maintain, and expand our Design System.
• App Audits: Audit different parts of the application to identify visual inconsistencies and usability friction.
• Developer Handoff & Tickets: Write clear, actionable UX and UI improvement tickets for frontend developers to ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled in a university program focused on UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, HCI, or a related field.
