Qualifikationen

• Experience in Product Data Management, BOM management or technical data maintenance.
• Understanding of change management, release processes and product structures.
• Structured, proactive and detail-oriented; strong communication with stakeholders.
• Advanced MS Office and SAP skills; interest in digitalization and AI-enabled solutions.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain bills of materials and product data in relevant systems.
• Coordinate change requests, releases, and product data updates throughout development.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with Product Data Management standards.
• Support project tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to optimization and automation of PDM processes, including AI tools.
• Collaborate with international teams within the Volkswagen Group environment.

• You coordinate change requests, releases, and product data updates throughout the development process
• You ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with Product Data Management standards

• You contribute to the optimization and automation of PDM processes, including the use of AI tools

• You have successfully completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
