Zusammenfassung

Factorial is seeking a Product Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) for Electronics Projects. You will prepare project-specific assurance documentation and define acceptance criteria for EEE parts, aligning with stakeholders. The role includes FMEA/RAMS support, non-conformance handling, and continuous improvement across products and processes.

Candidates should have a degree in electronics or aerospace and at least 1 year in electronics/space. English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electronics engineering, aerospace engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year working experience in electronics or space industry.
• Knowledge of ECSS is a plus.
• Experience with space product assurance is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Preparation of project product assurance documentation tailored to project specific customer requirements.
• Define lot acceptance criteria, screening and qualification test activities on EEE parts level and align these with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support FMEA, RAMS and radiation analyses.
• Support our electronics department and suppliers in case of non-conformance, perform root cause analysis, identify and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Quality status reporting towards the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Participation in customer review meetings as product assurance representative.
• Contribute pro-actively to continuous improvement of products and processes.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electronics engineering, aerospace engineering or related field
• At least 1 year working experience in electronics or space industry

• Good communication and report writing skills
• Solid English language skills written and verbal are required, German language skills is a plus
