PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to keep originating while building a team, with support for processing, underwriting, closing, and back-office tasks. You’ll earn on personal production and branch results, plus a sign-on bonus.

Starting salary is set from your production history, and compensation includes a branch override. Candidates should have 3 years in retail mortgage origination, be licensed MLOs (NMLS), and possess a strong referral network of agents and builders.

Description

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary, with your starting salary set from your production history, plus commission on personal production and a branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.
