Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

ProfessionLX specializesin professional services where we engage our employees to empower them to excelfor our customers. We are currently seeking Producer candidates to join ourteam in support of the NATO School mission.Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 2years' live productionexperience, specifically with NewTek equipment.

Production Services

• Provide a comprehensive range of Audiovisual Productionand Editing (AP/E) services on-site at the customer’s location.
• Operation of Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)applications, particularly Adobe Premiere or equivalent non-linear editingplatforms, to integrate content produced by the HQ team.
  
• Create graphics and animations using softwarelike Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects for event productions.
• Collaboration with customer to assess needs,make recommendations, and deliver products to the appropriate office, withcoordination facilitated through the organizational ticketing system orthe customer.
• Provide Technical Director services for liveevents, including the operation of advanced equipment like NewTekTriCaster digital video switchers, audio hardware and software systems,and PTZ video cameras.
• Handle recording of plenary events, livemulti-camera events, VTC systems, and manage Crestron controlled AVsystems, ensuring alignment of the style and quality of production withthe event’s objectives.
• Basic operational troubleshooting, with morecomplex issues being coordinated with the AV technical support team.
• Apply high production values in all plenaryrecordings, utilizing a range of camera shots and movements to deliver aprofessionally produced end product. This includes creative and logicalmixing of various camera shots and movements, ensuring a high-qualityoutput.
• Provide guidance and direction to Technicaland Operational Support personnel during equipment operation, to ensure aunified approach to event execution.
• Ensure audio quality management by monitoringand adjusting audio levels during live recordings for optimal clarity andprofessionalism.
• Thoroughly review and ensure qualitycontrol of all video products before submission for final review andapproval, with the review process coordinated with the requesting customerto ensure compliance with production standards and timelines.

On-Call (Emergency)Services Perform On-Call (Emergency) repairs and servicesfor all AV systems submitted via e-mail, telephone call, text, or digitalmessage when designated at the on call technician in accordance with currentSLA standards.

• Ifa system component is deemed faulty and is covered by manufacturer warranty, remove and replace the defective part andcoordinate warranty repair/replacement. If a component is defective and thereare no replacement parts on hand, provide leadership with recommendations onany replacement parts needed.
