From our headquarters in Hamburg, we manage our international activities and are currently looking to strengthen our team by hiring a motivated Procurement Manager (m / f / d) Medical Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for medical equipment and related supplies
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and service providers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and logistics teams to meet demand
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, new products, and potential cost‑saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procurement policies
• Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and budgets for management
• Lead supplier audits and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on sourcing strategies, tender processes, and project procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in medical equipment, healthcare, or technical equipment
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and procurement best practices
• Familiarity with contract management and compliance regulations in healthcare or medical sectors
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office, Ideally, experience with Microsoft Dynamics
