The "Orchestrator" Mindset: Proven capability to lead, influence, and drive cross-functional alignment without direct disciplinary authority. Technical, Financial & Process Literacy: Ability to speak the language of Industrial Architects and Engineers, combined with a strong understanding of industrial cost estimation, program scheduling, and aerospace procurement mechanisms. Diplomatic Assertiveness: High emotional intelligence paired with the confidence to challenge senior engineering and procurement stakeholders.
