Job summary

IREKS GmbH sucht für die Tochter Eichennmühle in Untersiemau einen Prozess-technologen Milling und Getreideverarbeitung (m/w/d). Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Empfang, Reinigung, Mahlen, Qualitätskontrolle und ordnungsgemäße Lagerung der Produkte.

Sie bedienen Maschinen, überwachen Abläufe, führen Wartung und Reparaturen durch und dokumentieren alle Arbeitsschritte für Qualität und Rückverfolgbarkeit. Ausbildungsdauer 3 Jahre; wöchentlicher Unterricht in Stuttgart, Unterkunft möglich.

• Intermediate school-leaving certificate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and storing grain: you will receive the delivered grain, check its quality and store it properly.
• Cleaning the grain: you will make sure that the grain is cleaned by sending it through different cleaning systems.
• Milling: you will operate the mills and machines that process the grain into flour, semolina and other products; you will set the machines precisely and monitor the entire process.
• Quality control: you will regularly check the quality of the products and make sure that they meet our high standards.
• Loading and filling: you will ensure the finished products are properly loaded and filled for safe transport and storage.
• Maintenance and repairs: you will maintain and repair the machines and systems to prevent production downtime.
• Documentation: you will document all work steps and processes for quality and traceability.

Process technologist milling and grain cultivation (all genders) – better known as a Miller (m/f/d) – you will help ensure that grain is properly processed at our subsidiary EICHENMÜHLE in Untersiemau in the district of Coburg.

Your Tasks

• Receiving and storing grain: You will receive the delivered grain, check its quality and store it properly.
• Cleaning the grain: You will make sure that the grain is cleaned by sending it through different cleaning systems.
• Milling: You will operate the mills and machines that process the grain into flour, semolina and other products. You will set the machines precisely and monitor the entire process.
• Quality control: You will regularly check the quality of the products and make sure that they meet our high standards.
