Zusammenfassung

Maersk is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to drive regional process improvements across Europe, standardising processes and promoting digital transformation. You will partner with Operations, Product, Technology and Process Owners to identify opportunities, simplify ways of working and ensure scalable, efficient, customer-focused operations.

The role demands hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience and ability to translate challenges into scalable improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience within freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Process Excellence or Continuous Improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of forwarding processes.
• Hands-on experience with freight forwarding platforms such as CargoWise or similar systems.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading transformation and change initiatives.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into scalable process improvements.

• Remove roadblocks and drive end-to-end process improvements.
• Build Continuous Improvement Culture—Promote Lean thinking, root-cause analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Share successful solutions and improvement initiatives across the network.

Your background
