HARMAN is seeking a senior Process Mining and Workflow Redesign Manager to lead the optimization of business processes and AI-enabled transformation across the enterprise.

You will define standards, run data-driven assessments, and collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver measurable improvements in productivity and quality.

What You’ll Be Part Of

As a Process Mining and Workflow Redesign Manager, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for identifying, analyzing, and redesigning business processes to accelerate operational efficiency and AI-driven transformation across HARMAN. You will define process mining methodologies, establish AI-native workflow design standards, and develop process baselines that enable data-driven optimization and automation opportunities. This role combines process architecture, analytics, and transformation expertise to uncover inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and support the successful handoff of improvement opportunities to divisional AX teams for implementation. You will work across business and technology functions to drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and business outcomes.

Your Team

You will be a senior individual contributor partnering with business process owners, divisional AX teams, operational leaders, data analysts, and transformation stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities, redesign workflows, and enable scalable process improvements across the enterprise.

• Define and maintain enterprise standards for process mining, workflow analysis, process documentation, and AI-native workflow design.

• Conduct process mining and data-driven assessments to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, process variations, and automation opportunities.

• Establish process baseline requirements, performance measures, and operational metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Design future-state workflows that leverage AI, automation, and digital capabilities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.

• Develop process architectures, value-stream maps, operating models, and workflow blueprints that support enterprise transformation efforts.

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze current-state processes and prioritize opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.

• Facilitate process redesign workshops, stakeholder reviews, and change discussions to drive alignment on future-state solutions.

• Collaborate with divisional AX teams to transition approved opportunities into implementation backlogs and execution plans.

• Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights that measure process performance, adoption, and realized improvements.

• Continuously improve process mining methodologies, workflow design standards, and transformation practices across the organization.

WhatMakes YouAStrong Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in process improvement, process mining, operational excellence, business transformation, or related disciplines.

• Strong expertise in process mining, workflow analysis, process architecture, value-stream mapping, and business process redesign methodologies.

• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or operational excellence principles to drive measurable business outcomes.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and drive organizational change through process transformation efforts.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, Business Process Management (BPM), Change Management, or related disciplines.

• Experience with process mining platforms such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, Microsoft Process Advisor, UiPath Process Mining, or similar tools.

• Experience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, or enterprise modernization initiatives.

• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with complex operational and business processes.
