Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Process Improvement & Automation Specialist to streamline administrative processes using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate across functions to identify inefficiencies, design AI-powered automation, and drive adoption with clear documentation and training.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365, plus strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in process improvement, business process analysis, or workflow optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience documenting processes and creating clear procedures.
  • Good organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
  • Desirable: experience with AI tools like Copilot, AI Builder, or Power Platform AI capabilities.

You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to understand current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement automation solutions that deliver measurable business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in process improvement, business process analysis, or workflow optimization.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
