Procter & Gamble’s MARKTHEIDENFELD PLANT invites a highly analytical engineer to lead production-process improvements. You will optimize machines, drive automation, and coach teams to solve problems while advancing reliability and collaboration across the line.

The role requires a technical degree, strong German (B2+) and English, and a track record of internships or study abroad. Full‑time employment with competitive compensation and broad social benefits is offered.

Your Role

Your Profile

• You have, or will have completed before starting with us, a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results in any technical field (such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, Plastics Technology, Industrial Engineering), or in a science discipline with strong technical interest.
• Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension.
