Zusammenfassung

Dentsply Sirona in Munich Alt-Perlach is seeking a Process Engineer / Project Manager (m/f/d) on a fixed-term contract for 2 years. The role leads international projects from both organizational and technical perspectives, driving process technologies, manufacturing machines and components.

You will implement lean methods, design workflows, analyze KPIs for improvements, and ensure quality and cost efficiency when integrating products into production.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or comparable qualification.
• Very good German and English skills; French is a plus.
• Strong interdisciplinary communication skills.
• Solid mechanical knowledge.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%).
• High level of motivation and willingness to work in an international environment.
• Enjoy collaborating with colleagues of different nationalities within a matrix organization (DS).

• Continuous improvement of processes using Lean and CIP.
• Planning, design, and optimization of processes, workflows, workstations, and manufacturing documentation.
• Independent analysis and identification of process improvements based on KPIs.
• Integration of new or existing products into current production systems, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
• Creation of work plans and supporting documentation.
• Management of changes, including initiation and monitoring of implementation within own area of responsibility.
• Organizational and technical project management to achieve defined targets in terms of performance, timelines, and resources.
• Conducting cost-effectiveness analyses, as well as work and time studies.
• Preparation of investment proposals (CARs).

Process Engineer / Project Manager (m/f/d) – Fixed-term contract (2 years)

This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is responsible for leading international projects from both an organizational and technical perspective, ensuring the achievement of company-defined objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Development, design, implementation, and validation of process technologies, manufacturing machines, and components
