Role Responsibilities

• Design detailed prompts for generating complex financial Excel models.
• Review and refine AI-generated spreadsheets for structural integrity and formula accuracy.
• Ensure financial logic, dynamic formulas, and input‑calculation separation are correctly implemented.
• Create models across topics such as 3‑statement projections, DCFs, cap tables, and LBOs.
• Deliver fully functional, formula‑dense Excel files that meet rigorous quality standards.
• Utilize a state‑of‑the‑art AI Agent to create advanced Excel models.

Qualifications

Must‑Have

• 3+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and spreadsheet architecture.
• Familiarity with advanced financial modeling concepts (e.g., DCF, cash flow forecasting, capital structuring).
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to verify mathematical and structural accuracy.
• Experience creating or auditing Excel models used in professional settings.

Compensation & Legal

• $50 per completed and approved Excel model.
• Payments issued weekly for accepted deliverables.
• Independent contractor arrangement.
