You Make the Difference

• You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable field with above‑average grades
• You have 8+ years of experience in IT consulting and in managing complex IT and transformation programs
• You have in‑depth expertise in SAP BTP, integration architectures, and modern platform approaches (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core)
• You have a solid understanding of AI/GenAI and their strategic and operational applications
• You have extensive experience in planning, managing, and evaluating the economic impact of transformations, including business cases
• You have led teams (>5 people) and confidently managed complex programs and escalations
• You operate confidently at the C‑level, make decisions in complex organizations, and serve as a trusted advisor to your clients
• You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in acquiring and advancing projects
• You combine technological excellence with entrepreneurial thinking and a strong focus on results
• You impress with strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in German and English
• You are willing to travel internationally
