• Strengthen and expand the consulting offering in Leadership Development and Change, shaping new ways of supporting strategy execution through targeted leadership development.
• Invest in the growth of internal consultants through coaching, fostering mindset, initiative, and impact.
• Contribute ideas at a strategic level within the leadership team and help shape TTE’s future direction.

Requirements

• Solid track record in Leadership Development and Change, ideally within a leading strategy consulting environment.
• Several years of coaching experience and a reputable coaching qualification.
• Passion for personal growth and deep understanding of how leadership, transformation, and strategy are interconnected.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build and shape something meaningful across content, culture, and commercial impact.
• Relevant accreditations are a plus but not required.
