Jobtailor Germany seeks a senior AI/Software Engineer to build agentic workflows and AI-powered products, taking ideas from concept to deployment. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality software and mentor engineers to elevate the team's AI capabilities.

You will help shape AI standards, develop scalable polyglot solutions, and promote transparent collaboration across teams while influencing the technical direction and AI culture of the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, ML, or AI-related roles.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, and MCP Servers.
• Proven track record building and deploying production AI/ML systems.
• Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including data preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI approaches.
• Strong proficiency with Python or another major AI/ML language.
• Ability to work effectively in polyglot environments.
• Experience building products from 0→1 with high autonomy.
• Advanced English communication skills.
