Analysys Mason invites a Principal Value Creation & Strategy expert to engage closely with private equity clients, leading strategic initiatives and value creation programs. You will shape transaction strategies and support portfolio companies through analytical and communication excellence.

You will mentor teams, identify market trends and emerging tech, and drive professional growth within a globally connected practice.

Qualifications

• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset; true team player with hands-on qualities, aiming for collective success.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (e.g. Business Management, Business Informatics, General Management) with strong grades.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting and proven track record in business optimisation.

• Identifying new trends and technologies in the digital, tech, and software domains.
