Analysys Mason seeks a Principal to work closely with clients in the private equity sector, delivering high-quality strategic and transactional guidance. You will lead complex projects, communicate effectively, and mentor teams to ensure client satisfaction and impactful outcomes.

With 8+ years in strategy and transaction consulting, you will drive growth, manage senior client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s international expansion across Munich, Frankfurt, and London.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree with outstanding grades.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy and transaction consulting.
• Proven track record in business optimisation and acquiring new clients.
• Experience in international business environments.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Advise and guide leading European financial investors in international transactions within the Mid-to Large-Cap segment.
• Manage projects and provide client consultation for Commercial Due Diligence reports and buy-and-build strategies.
• Develop growth strategies by assisting clients with buy-and-build/Platform strategies.
• Take co-responsibility for development and implementation of acquisition measures.
• Hold key-account responsibilities within Private Equity and Venture Capital sectors.
• Identify investment opportunities through target screenings and market modelling.

.In your position as Principal, you will work closely with our clients in the private equity sector. You will distinguish yourself through your professional communication and presentation skills and demonstrate your ability to identify the client's needs. Through your empathetic leadership qualities, you will deliver the highest quality to our clients and provide the team with an environment that offers potential for further development, thereby contributing to the success of our company.

Look forward to diverse and challenging tasks, such as:

• Advising and guiding leading European financial investors in executing international transactions within the Mid-to Large -Cap segment.
• Managing projects and providing client consultation in the preparation of Commercial Due Diligence reports and buy-and-build strategies.
• Developing growth strategies by assisting our clients in executing their buy-and-build/Platform strategies.
• Taking (co-)responsibility for the development and implementation of acquisition measure
• Holding key-account responsibilities within the Private Equity and Venture Capital sector
• Identifying investment opportunities through target screenings.
• Creating market models and validating business plans.
• Taking responsibility for the professional and personal development of the team and contributing to company growth.
• Supporting the sales team in acquiring new projects.

You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, and you are a true team player with hands-on qualities, always striving for collective success.

Furthermore, you identify with the following:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field of study (such as Business Management, Business Informatics, General Management) with outstanding grades.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in the strategy and transaction consulting field and proven track record in business optimisation.
• Competence and experience in managing existing clients, as well as a successful track record in acquiring new clients.
• Strong personality with a confident demeanor and experience in an international business environment.
• Extensive consulting experience in areas such as M&A, Transaction with an angel in commercial.
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
