• 5+ years in technical presales, cloud consulting, or technical customer success in a B2B IT environment.
• Deep knowledge of IaaS/PaaS cloud architectures and migration pathways.
• Ability to translate complex architectures for technical teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong project management, agile, and DevOps experience; automation tooling.
• Business-fluent Dutch and English; basic German is a plus.

Your Tasks

• Technical Presales Advisory: Work closely with the sales team to support client presentations, deliver technical workshops, and contribute directly to the creation of proposals and technical solution concepts
• Architecture Design & Implementation: Design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures and actively guide and support the customer throughout the implementation phase
• Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Plan and realize technical feasibility studies (PoCs) to provide practical insights into our solutions and mitigate technical risks early on
• Migration & Implementation Support: Work with external migration partners and act as a technical expert during the transition phase, guiding customers from successful PoCs to live production environments and helping them navigate complex cloud migration projects
• Customer Success Management: Act as the strategic first point of contact at a meta-level. Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and optimal cloud utilization through regular check-ins and feedback loops
• Feedback Loop to R&D: Gather technical feedback from Dutch clients and collaborate continuously with our central development, product management, and operations teams in Germany to continuously improve our platform

Your Profile

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a technical presales, cloud consulting, or technical customer success role within a B2B IT environment
• Cloud Architecture Expertise: Profound knowledge of cloud infrastructures (IaaS/PaaS) and a strong technical hands-on understanding of migration pathways
• Communication & Advisory Skills: Outstanding ability to break down complex technical architectures and communicate them clearly to both technical teams and C-level stakeholders
• Project & Process Skills: A strong understanding of project management methodologies, ideally backed by practical knowledge of agile methods, DevOps concepts, and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to apply them effectively to customer needs
• Language Skills: Business-fluent Dutch (native level) and English are required for your day-to-day operations. German skills are not a must-have, but any basic knowledge is a welcome bonus that will help you connect even faster with our teams in Germany
