Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IPD development.
• Proven experience leading development teams and managing multiple engineers.
• Extensive knowledge of PoMOS design, structure, and characteristics.
• Strong understanding of PoMOS driving methods in IPD applications.
• Extensive experience in IPD testing, validation, and reliability assessment.
• Solid knowledge of thermal design principles and device thermal management.
• Knowledge of EMC and ESD design and testing is a nice-to-have.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership for next‑generation IPDs across the product lifecycle.
• Lead cross‑functional development teams through concept, design, validation, and production readiness.
• Define and implement architectures balancing performance, reliability, power efficiency, area, and cost.
• Drive verification, modeling, simulation, and test methodologies for first‑pass silicon success.
• Identify and mitigate silicon and system risks; establish strategies for design quality and execution.
• Ensure compliance with automotive reliability, safety, and quality standards (AEC‑Q100, ISO 26262).
• Manage schedules, costs, resources, and deliverables while supporting evaluation and debugging.
• Collaborate with design, verification, test, quality, and applications engineering; mentor engineers.

In this role, you will not only drive technical excellence but also guide and coach engineers across teams, leveraging your strong leadership and communication skills to align stakeholders, accelerate development, and build a high‑performing organization capable of delivering “world‑class” solutions.

• Provide technical leadership for the development of next‑generation Intelligent Power Devices (IPDs), driving innovation, protection performance, and product competitiveness.
• Lead cross‑functional development teams through the complete product lifecycle, from concept and design through validation, qualification, and production readiness.
• Define and implement system and design architectures that balance performance, reliability, power efficiency, area optimization, and cost objectives.
• Drive design verification, modeling, simulation, and test methodologies to ensure robust first‑pass silicon success and accelerated development cycles.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate silicon‑ and system‑level technical risks, establishing proactive strategies for design quality and predictable project execution.
• Ensure compliance with automotive reliability, safety, and quality standards, including AEC‑Q100 and ISO 26262 functional safety requirements.
• Manage project schedules, costs, resources, and technical deliverables while providing hands‑on support for evaluation, debugging, and complex problem resolution.
• Collaborate closely with design, verification, test, quality, and application engineering teams, while mentoring engineers and strengthening the organization’s IPD technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IPD (Intelligent Power Device) development.
• Proven experience leading development teams and managing multiple engineers.
• Extensive knowledge of Power MOSFET (PoMOS) design, structure, and characteristics used in IPDs.
• Strong understanding of PoMOS driving methods within IPD applications.
• Extensive experience in IPD testing, validation, and reliability assessment.
• Solid knowledge of thermal design principles and device thermal management.
• Knowledge of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) design and testing is a nice‑to‑have
