Brighter AI in Berlin is seeking an AI solution prototyping and sales support consultant who obsessively solves customer problems and identifies opportunities for growth. You will demo and refine our state-of-the-art computer-vision AI pipeline to meet client challenges, building prototypes and proofs-of-concept tailored to their requirements.

You will lead a small team of solution engineers, manage customer inquiries via ticketing and email, and strive to improve efficiency through FAQs,

Qualifikationen

• Passion for great customer experience and strong technical skills.
• Knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.
• Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.
• More than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical roles with customer contact.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.
• Strong communication skills.
