Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and implementing model post-training methods using reinforcement learning from biological measurements.
• Ability to architect model training infrastructure and develop training loops, evaluation metrics.
• Experience coordinating data generation with experimental teams.

• Design, implement, and improve model post-training methods using reinforcement learning from biological measurements.
• Architect model training infrastructure and build, run, and debug models, training loops, and evaluation metrics.
• Bridge wet/dry lab by ensuring experimental measurements and model learning are designed as a cohesive system.
• Work hands-on with the experimental team to coordinate data generation and model training.

• Architect model training infrastructure and build, run, and debug models, training loops, and evaluation metrics.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $250,000 to $350,000 with potential upside from a co-founding leadership role.
