develop is seeking a high-visibility AI leader to steer the transition from chatbots to autonomous agents in one of Germany’s top financial institutions. You will architect the GenAI strategy and reshape operational fabric to keep the bank AI-first and competitive.

You will build a multi-year GenAI roadmap for autonomous workflows in credit scoring, fraud detection, and compliance, lead a 15+ person team of ML engineers and data scientists, and present directly to the Board and C-suite.
