Our SaaS team in Germany is looking for you for an Internship at the earliest possible date.

Job Description:

• Supporting internal projects to standardize and automate service processes
• Analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
• Working with various teams to document processes and recommend optimizations
• Supporting the implementation of automation tools and process improvements
• Insight into the operation of banking software and digital transformation initiatives

Required Skills:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a comparable course of study
• Interest in operational processes, process optimization and automation
• Analytical mindset with a focus on detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams
• Organizational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Hands-on mentality, a passion for development and a high level of motivation
• Experience with Excel, Excel VBA & macros, PowerPoint, Jira, automation tools is an advantage
• Fluent in English and German is an advantage
