Job summary

EVENTIM is offering a six-month internship in Hamburg within the Sports Consulting team. You will gain hands-on experience in sports ticketing, event setup, and client support using CRM tools while contributing to online marketing and event promotion.

You will work closely with an experienced team, have flexible hybrid working arrangements, and benefit from internal training and events as part of our internship program.

Qualifications

• You are studying business, business informatics, sports economics or a related subject.
• You show initiative and have a strong customer focus.
• A good command of English is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Gain detailed insight into the day-to-day work of sports ticketing consultancy and internal processes.
• Help set up and manage events and league fixtures in our ticketing system.
• Support and advise sports event organisers on customer management using our CRM system.
