Cash Market Services is responsible for the secure, integral, and efficient delivery of our services at the trading venues of the Deutsche Börse (Xetra and Börse Frankfurt) as well as our partner exchanges in Europe. Our mission is to ensure smooth market operations and to respond to functional customer requests.

Dein Arbeitsgebiet

As a trainee in one of our teams, you will be right in the center of operations, actively supporting colleagues with daily functional customer inquiries, quality assurance of trading data, the transition of software and trading models, implementation of new digital processes, and handling unpredictable situations in a highly dynamic environment, such as during extreme market volatility.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding our simulation environment and be responsible for order execution, liquidity provision, and other customer‑relevant tasks for test cases.
• Ensure correct phasing of offered products and instruments in the simulation environment.
• Inform the team daily about current financial and market news in preparation for market opening.
• Create weekly reports independently.
• Support various ongoing projects.
• Gain exclusive insights into market dynamics and work within a supportive, team‑driven environment.

• Enrolled as a full‑time student at a state‑recognised university for the entire duration of the traineeship.
• Enthusiastic about financial market topics, particularly the capital market, and possess strong technical affinity.
• Self‑driven and quickly able to master new subjects.
• Preferably systematic and accurate in work methodology.
• Excellent skills in MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written proficiency in English and German.
