Ein führendes Unternehmen in der Automobilbranche sucht einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) im Personalwesen für eine mindest Dauer von 3 Monaten in Hannover. Sie unterstützen das HR-Team bei administrativen Aufgaben, erhalten Einblick in wichtige Themen und arbeiten in einem familienfreundlichen Umfeld mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten. Ideale Kandidaten sind eingeschriebene Studenten im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar mit guten MS Office Kenntnissen und sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen.

Qualifikationen

• Eingeschriebener Student, idealerweise mit Fokus auf HR.
• Praktische Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich, vorzugsweise im HR.
• Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Aktive Unterstützung im operativen Personalmanagement.
• Einblick in Themen wie BEM und Betriebsrat.
• Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten und speziellen Themen.

Kenntnisse

Praktikant Personalwesen (m/w/d)

FORVIA, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is looking for an intern in Human Resources in our modern headquarters in Hannover-Marienwerder for an initial period of at least 3 months.

Deine Aufgaben

• Active support of the team in the operational personnel management of a large group and various administrative tasks in everyday business.
• Insight into topics such as the Corporate Re-entry Management (BEM), works council seminars and/or timesheet processes.
• Support of administrative aspects of labour law and works council issues.
• Involvement in creating job descriptions, vacancies and employment references.
• Support maintenance of our digital personnel files.
• Participation in HR projects and special topics, taking on independent small packages.

Deine Qualifikationen

• Registered student (m/w/d) studying business administration, economics, social sciences, HR, industrial psychology or a comparable field – ideally with a focus on HR.
• Prior practical experience in an administrative area, preferably in HR.
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ideally first experiences with SAP.
• Independent, structured and reliable work style.
• Communicative, team-oriented and enjoying working with people.
• Very good German and good English in spoken and written form.
