Magna Powertrain in Neuenstein sucht einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) im Personalmanagement für sechs Monate. Sie unterstützen die Mitarbeiterbetreuung, begleiten Change-Management-Prozesse und erstellen Präsentationen.

Zudem führen Sie Analysen, auch mit Excel, durch und unterstützen das operative Tagesgeschäft der Personalabteilung. Voraussetzung ist ein laufendes Studium in Pädagogik, Psychologie oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse,
