What You’ll Do
  • Lead with purpose: Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate growth across Germany, partnering with product, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Own the portfolio: Keep our Software & Services Catalogue sharp, accurate, and ready to deliver.
  • Create impact from day one: Transform market insights into compelling solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Balance vision and action: Contribute to long‑term strategy while ensuring flawless execution and measurable results.
  • Innovate and improve: Stay ahead of trends and continuously refine our offerings to keep us leading the market.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 5+ years in go‑to‑market, product marketing, or strategic marketing—ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or professional services.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling offerings.
  • Strong leadership experience and ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders as part of the management team.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience leading cross‑functional projects.
  • Analytical, organized, and passionate about creating solutions that matter.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills. Location: any of our German offices. Willing to travel up to 20%.
