At Cities, we help municipalities, businesses and local communities to connect and engage with citizens through a complete digital platform. To bring our solution to Germany, we’re currently looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to take ownership of our expansion in Bavaria, Germany, driving growth by building strong relationships with local government leaders. If you're energized by face-to-face meetings, thrive on independence, and enjoy making a tangible impact in communities, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take full responsibility for your assigned region (Greater Munich & Bavaria area).
  • Identify, reach out to, schedule and conduct meetings with municipal stakeholders — including mayors, city officials, and administrative leaders.
  • Represent Cities Apps in the field by:
    - Conducting tailored presentations and product demos.
    - Attending official municipality meetings and info events.
    - Leading kick-off meetings and onboarding new municipalities.
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain strong, long-term relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Travel extensively across your territory, meeting clients and attending events in person.
  • Use tools like Office Suite and social media to support your outreach, presentations, and client communication.
  • Be available for one fixed office day per month to sync with the broader team.
  • Track your activities and sales pipeline, and report regularly to management.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in field sales
  • A field-first mindset: comfortable working independently and traveling most of the time.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in German
  • Comfortable with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms for professional use.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Bavaria and Germany.
  • Category B Driver’s License.
