Qualifikationen

• Requires university degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in platform operations, DevOps, or similar role.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs and vice versa.
• Fluent English skills (C1 preferred).
• Experience with React/Javascript, Java, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Figma, Jira/Confluence, and AEM is a plus.

Portal Service Software Development/DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Our digital platform operations team is expanding its scope to include the management of B2B portal applications and is now looking for a Portal Service DevOps Engineer. In this role, you will take on the technical ownership of the platform and

ensure stable, reliable, and secure operation of application services running in a Kubernetes-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Stability Management: Daily monitoring of logs, traffic, and system resources to ensure optimal system performance.


• Platform Enhancement & Optimization: Continuous improvement of the platform through system analysis and technical-debt scanning, including source-code refactoring and performance optimization to ensure compliance with company IT policies.


• Operations Ticket Handling: Managing and resolving operational tickets in Jira in accordance with SLA requirements.


• CI/CD Toolchain Operations: Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the CI/CD pipeline, keeping processes streamlined and performance optimized.


• System Operations Continuity: Ensuring service continuity without downtime or service interruption.


• Reporting: Providing regular status and issue reports to the reporting manager.


• Coordination with Service Operations Admin: Updating the Service Operations Admin on ticket-handling status and progress of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.


• 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform operations, DevOps, application operations, or a similar technical role.


• Strong skills in requirements analysis, including the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.


• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Figma, and Jira/Confluence. Fluent English skills (C1 preferred).


• Hands-on experience in the following areas: Application development architectures (e.g., React, Java), Kubernetes (container-based environments; certification preferred)., Development with React (TanStack, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/UI) and Java Spring Boot, Working with PostgreSQL, CI/CD pipeline configuration and troubleshooting,


• Adobe AEM (Backend)
