EXOS in Munich, Germany seeks a Pool Attendant to support swim programs and ensure pool safety while delivering quality aquatic services.

You will act as the site’s swim instructor, supervise activities, perform water quality checks, and coordinate with the site team to maintain a safe, welcoming pool environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• DLRG/Wasserwacht Lifeguard Badge Silver or Gold required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Lifeguarding experience in real-world settings desirable.

Responsabilités

• Operate as the site’s swim instructor and support the swim program development.
• Maintain high supervision standards to ensure swimmer safety.
• Record and perform pool water/chemical checks as required.
• Log and file logs and handle administrative duties when needed.
• Identify hazards and address risks promptly and efficiently.
• Perform rescues/CPR/First aid in emergencies, solo or with a team.

Job Summary:Responsibilities:We are looking for a Pool Attendant to join our team! The primary responsibilities of the Pool Attendant are:As part of the role, the chosen candidate will operate as the site’s swim instructorThe site’s swim instructor will be responsible for the development of the swim programWill be responsible for the swim program administration dutiesMaintain a high standard of supervision of the swimming pool to ensure the highest standard of safety for the swimmers in the poolMust be comfortable working as part of a team and reporting to their Supervisor and Site Manager on a daily basisEnsure hourly cleaning checks, headcount checks and other operational duties are fulfilled throughout the working dayMust record and perform pool water/chemical checks where required to ensure the utmost health and safety and hygiene is maintained within the pool facilityMust log all relevant information while also ensuring logs are stored and filed correctly along with other administrational duties when requiredHave the ability to identify hazards or and their potential risk that they may pose and be able to address them accordingly and efficientlyIn the event of an accident drowning situation or swimming accidents, must be able to act accordingly and perform rescues/CPR/First aid when required either alone or as part of a teamRequired Qualifications:Current DLRG or Wasserwacht Lifeguard Badge (Silver or Gold)Current CPR/AED and First Aid certificationsRelevant Lifeguarding experiencePreferred Qualifications:Proficient with Google Suite, specifically Google Drive, Docs, and SheetsAqua Aerobics experience / qualificationAdult swim teaching/coaching experienceStrong communication skills both written and verbalExcellent Swimmer that can also demonstrate practical Lifeguarding skillsFlexible to working arrangements and hoursWHO WE AREFor nearly 30 years, Exos has been dedicated to getting people ready for the moments that matter by promoting a holistic approach to health.
