Zusammenfassung

A leading digital solutions company in Neutraubling, Germany is looking for a PMO Manager to oversee interdisciplinary committees in their Corporate Digitalization and Automation division. This role involves project coordination, task prioritization, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has years of project management experience, is familiar with tools like Jira, and has strong communication skills. A good command of both German and English is essential. This is a temporary parental leave replacement for one year.

Your tasks
  • As PMO Manager you are responsible for managing one of our interdisciplinary and cross-departmental steering committees in our internationally operating Corporate Digitalization and Automation division.
  • You take over the organizational management, coordination and moderation of the committee.
  • To do this, you organize the planning, coordination and review processes and maintain an overview of the open tasks at all times.
  • You coordinate the development and prioritization of tasks, milestones and schedules.
  • You take care of identifying and managing project risks and issues.
  • Through regular reporting, you ensure that (top) management and other stakeholders are always informed about the progress of tasks, milestones and schedules.
  • You are the central point of contact between product-, program- and development management as well as the committee.
Your profile
  • You would like to support our PMO team as a temporary parental leave replacement for one year.
  • You have several years of experience in project management or multi-project management, ideally in an international environment.
  • You are familiar with the application of project management tools and methods (ideally Atlassian Jira and Confluence).
  • You have strong communication and problem-solving skills and are a team player.
  • You have a high level of coordination and organizational skills. This enables you to find efficient and pragmatic ways to turn ideas and requirements into reality.
  • You have a good technical understanding, an interest in digitization and ideally experience in mechanical engineering and software development.
  • You also have a very good command of German and English.
