Qualifikationen

• Proficient in German and English for client interactions.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or CS/Math/Physics required.
• 4+ years in business process or IT consulting or related roles.
• PLM industry knowledge from automotive, aerospace, medical tech or similar sectors.
• Experience designing, configuring, or customizing PLM solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive goals.
• Experience leading software integration projects.
• Knowledge of IT architectures related to PLM, software development, interfaces, and databases.
• Customer service orientation and workshop leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead major parts of client projects as a PLM Solution Architect.
• Define client-specific PLM architectures focusing on processes and technical implementation.
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Ensure quality using appropriate software engineering processes.
• Design standardized PLM components as part of the services portfolio.
• Contribute to development of client Services’ methods and strategies in PLM.
• Identify potential new projects and support business acquisition.
• Support sales and marketing activities for strategic customers.

Jobbeschreibung

• Professional proficiency in German and English
• Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science/Mathematics or Physics (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• 4+ years of experience in business process or IT consulting e.g., as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Software Developer or in technical project management
• Specific PLM industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, automotive supplier industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.
• Experience in designing, configuring, or customizing enterprise PLM solutions
• Able to work autonomously and focus on goals
• Experience in leading software integration projects
• Knowledge of IT architectures related to PLM (client-server, cloud, SaaS, ...), software development, interfaces, and database systems
• Customer service-oriented
• Experience in conducting and managing workshops

Responsibilities:

• Lead major parts of our client’s projects as a Solution Architect for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Define client specific solution architectures for PLM with focus on the processes and the application of PLM or on technical implementation
• Analyze customer requirements, design and specify the solutions and ensure their successful implementation
• Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes
• Design standardized solution components as part of the portfolio of client Services
• Support the further development of client Services’ methods and strategies in the area of PLM
• Identify potential new projects with clients and support acquisition of this new business
• Support of sales and marketing activities of client Services for strategic customers
