Zusammenfassung

Nikon SLM Solutions AG in Lübeck sucht einen erfahrenen Automationstechniker zur Weiterentwicklung und Wartung von Produktionslinien mit Siemens S7/TIA Portal und Schneider Electric SoMachine/Machine Expert.

Sie arbeiten an neuen Anlagenprojekten, implementieren Funktionsbeschreibungen in strukturierter, wartbarer Software und führen Tests durch, um Anforderungen zu validieren. Reisebereitschaft ca. 5% wird erwartet.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in industrieller Umgebung.
• Abschluss in Automatisierungstechnik oder Elektrotechnik.
• Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung mit Siemens/Schneider in SCL/ST (IEC 61131-3).
• Schnittstellen mit OPC-UA, TCP/IP.
• Feldbusse wie PROFINET, CANopen.
• Inbetriebnahme von Antrieben.
• Erfahrung mit Siemens TIA Portal und Schneider Electric SoMachine/Machine Expert.
• Selbständige, strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Weiterentwicklung und Wartung bestehender Produktlinien mit Siemens (TIA Portal) und Schneider Electric (SoMachine & Machine Expert).
• Mitarbeit an neuen projektorientierten Anlagenentwicklungen mit Implementierung basierend auf detaillierten Funktionsbeschreibungen in strukturierter und wartbarer Leitsystem-Software.
• Durchführung von Tests zur Validierung von Funktionen und zur Bestätigung von Anforderungen.

POSITIONDESCRIPTION:

• Further Development & Maintenance of Existing Product Lines with Siemens (TIA Portal) and Schneider Electric (SoMachine & Machine Expert)
• Participate in new Project-oriented plant development with Implementation based on detailed function descriptions in structured and maintainable control software
• Perform tests to validate functions and confirm requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ experience in industrial environment
• Degree in automation technology, electrical engineering or similar
• Solid experience in PLC programming with Siemens, Schneider Electric in structured text (SCL/ST) (IEC 61131-3)
• Interface experience with OPC-UA, TCP/IP
• Fieldbus systems, PROFINET, CANopen and others
• Commissioning of drives
• Experience on Siemens TIA Portal and Schneider Electric SoMachine / Machine Expert
• Confident handling of function plans and modularization of complex control systems
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work

ADVantageous:

• Experience in C#, .NET (as experience for object-oriented code development)
• Version control with Git (GitHub), TIA Project Server
• Knowledge on Beckhoff TwinCAT 3.1 Build 4026, TwinSAFE, TwinCAT 3 Drive Manager 2, EtherCAT
• Experience with modeling languages for software design (UML)
• Experience in PLC software development for series machines

• Willingness to travel for final commissioning and acceptance of the plant at the site of operation (exceptionally customers Worldwide) ~ 5%
