Talantir is hiring a Software Engineer (AI-Native Platform & Integrations) for a fully remote role. You will own core product delivery end-to-end, building scalable integrations and analytics surfaces while supporting pilot launches.

You will design AI-powered platform components, including workflows, permissions, and multi-tenant foundations, and you will ship backend and frontend features with a strong focus on testing, observability, and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Strong practical software engineering skills with the ability to ship end-to-end features independently.
• Experience building SaaS products with APIs, data models, and production constraints.
• Deep comfort with integrations, including OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, and sync semantics.
• Effective use of AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT while maintaining strong standards around tests, interfaces, and guardrails.
• Familiarity with MCP-style tool interfaces or building tool servers.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain tradeoffs and align stakeholders.

• Ship production features across backend and frontend
• Design and implement a scalable integrations framework
• Set up strong engineering hygiene, including testing, observability, and on-call readiness for the pilot
• Iterate quickly and pragmatically
