Job summary

Testo ищет инженера DevOps/Platform для поддержки и развития облачной платформы Testo Cloud и окружений Kubernetes. Вы будете обеспечивать стабильность, безопасность и эволюцию платформы, разворачивать модули инфраструктуры и улучшать конвейеры CI/CD.

Необходим опыт работы с Kubernetes в продакшене, знание AWS/Azure/GCP, IaC (Terraform/Ansible) и умение работать в Agile среде. Гибкий график и возможность частично удалённой работы приветствуются.

Qualifications

• Несколько лет практического опыта в облачных технологиях, DevOps или платформенной инженерии и эксплуатации облачных платформ.
• Уверенное использование Kubernetes в продакшене: развёртывание, масштабирование, сеть и устранение неполадок.
• Опыт работы как минимум с одним крупным облачным провайдером (AWS/Azure/GCP), включая сетевые решения, идентификацию и хранение.
• Infrastructure as Code с Terraform и/или Ansible, включая повторно используемые модули, а также автоматизацию CI/CD и скрипты на Bash или Python.
• Опыт мониторинга, логирования и оповещений, а также структурированное управление инцидентами.
• Базовые знания облачной и контейнерной безопасности, концепции доступа, управление секретами и усиление рабочих нагрузок.
• Опыт работы в Agile-командах (Scrum/Kanban) и управление малой командой по темам.
• Высокий уровень английского и немецкого языков.
• Готовность периодически выходить на дежурство вне рабочего времени (гибко из дома; вызовы компенсируются).

Responsibilities

• Обеспечивать стабильную, безопасную и эволюционную работу Developer Platform.

Ensure the stable and efficient operation of the Testo Cloud platform and Kubernetes environments, including setting up and maintaining monitoring and alerting so that disruptions are detected early Manage incidents, from resolving disruptions to analyzing their causes and deriving lasting improvements Further develop the Developer Platform as a self-service platform for development teams, including helping shape the target architecture, providing reusable infrastructure modules (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) and optimizing CI/CD pipelines Ensure the security of the cloud applications running on the platform Support development teams with onboarding, platform use and technical questions Coordinate the small team, including subject-matter alignment, task allocation and prioritization across operations, incidents, the roadmap and requests, as well as medium-term planning of platform topics and team capacity

Требования

• Several years of practical experience in cloud, DevOps or platform engineering, as well as operating cloud platforms
• Confident use of Kubernetes in production, including deployment, scaling, networking and troubleshooting
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP), particularly in networking, identity and storage
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and/or Ansible, including reusable modules, as well as automation of CI/CD pipelines and scripting with Bash or Python
• Experience with monitoring, logging and alerting, as well as structured incident management, from resolving disruptions to analyzing their causes
• Basic knowledge of cloud and container security, such as access control concepts, secrets management and workload hardening
• Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban, as well as initial experience coordinating small teams in a subject-matter capacity
• Very good spoken and written English and German
• Willingness to regularly take on on-call duties outside normal working hours (flexibly from home; call-outs are additionally compensated)
