About the Role

• Diagnose and treat patients requiring cosmetic or reconstructive surgery
• Perform procedures including aesthetic enhancements, trauma reconstruction, microsurgery, and skin grafting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care
• Mentor and supervise junior doctors; uphold clinical excellence
• Participate in audits, CME, and quality improvement initiatives

Required (Core):

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• One of the following specialist certifications (or recognised equivalent):
• UK/US/Canada: CCT (Plastic Surgery), American Board of Plastic Surgery, or Royal College / Canadian Board certification
• Minimum 3 years’ post-certification experience
• Proficient across reconstructive and cosmetic techniques
• Strong leadership, teaching, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Fellowship or subspecialty training (e.g., microsurgery, craniofacial, hand)
• Experience in large hospital or premium private clinic settings
• Proven record of clinical leadership/supervision
