You will manage budgets and costs, partner with HR, finance, and operations leadership, and champion a safety-first culture while delivering exceptional products and service to customers.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in film extrusion, plastics, or converting environments strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead both hourly and salaried teams in a high-volume operation.
• Strong background in Lean, continuous improvement, and performance management.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing plant-level budgets and cost drivers.
