Zusammenfassung

Experts Group International seeks a Plant Manager for precision component manufacturing in the OWL region of Germany. You will lead a site with hundreds of employees, spanning production, process and tool engineering, maintenance, quality, logistics and production control, ensuring safe, on-time and cost-efficient operations.

You will own P&L for the plant, drive transformation programs, report to top management, and shape culture in a demanding industrial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Technical degree in mechanical/production/industrial engineering.
• 3–5 years' leadership experience as Plant Manager, Production Manager or Department Head.
• Track record of optimizing production processes and leading transformation projects.
• Fluent in German and English, with IATF audit experience preferred.

Plant Manager (m/f/d) - Precision Component Manufacturing | Automotive & Industrial | OWL Region, Germany

We're supporting a well-established, mid-sized manufacturer of bearing solutions in their search for a new Plant Manager.

The business develops and manufactures precision components for demanding applications across automotive, industrial, and aerospace & defense - think transmissions, steering systems, e-mobility drive units, pumps, compressors and other mechatronic assemblies. It's an independent, private-equity-backed industrial group with decades of engineering heritage, several production and technical sites across Europe, and a diversified customer base in 40+ countries. The German site alone employs several hundred people - and the business is currently in an active phase of transformation.

The role
