John Paul Construction is seeking a Planner for Data Centre projects in Frankfurt. The role is a permanent position focusing on project programmes, progress reporting, and risk-informed planning.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor resources, and deliver high-standard schedules using Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerPoint. A relevant degree and several years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Third-level degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of industry experience.
• Data Centre project planning and scheduling experience.
• Excellent IT skills with Primavera P6, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Prepare contract and project programmes, and produce monthly progress reports.
• Monitor progress trends, outputs, and resources across projects.
• Complete scheduling and reporting for tenders and contracts.
• Collaborate with the project team on planning and scheduling.
• Build strong relationships with project teams, supply chain and stakeholders.
• Provide forward-looking insight to mitigate project risks.
• Explore alternative construction solutions for continuous improvement.

Due to continuedexpansion,we require a Planner for Data Centre projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare contract and project programmes, and produce ongoing monthly progress reports
• Monitor progress trends, outputs, and resources across projects to enhance the planning department’s knowledge base
• Complete all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and contracts, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards
• Collaborate closely with the project team on planning and schedule-related activities
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the wider project team, supply chain, and other stakeholders
• Execute short- to medium-term planning reviews and provide impartial, forward-looking insight to mitigate project risks
• Challenge, critique, and explore alternative construction solutions to drive continuous improvement and achieve optimal outcomes on projects
• Relevant third-level degree
• 4+ years’ industry experience
• Project planning and scheduling experience on Data Centre projects
• Excellent IT skills – proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
