Amentum sucht eine Fachkraft zur Planung und Kalkulation von Bauprojekten. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Erstellung detaillierter Arbeitsbeschreibungen, die Ermittlung von Materialbedarf und Kosten sowie die Entwicklung detaillierter Lösungen.

Sie arbeiten standortübergreifend in Kaiserslautern, Landstuhl, Pirmasens, Miesau und Sembach und unterstützen bei Bedarf andere Gewerke. Englischkenntnisse und eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sind erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Englischkenntnisse der Stufe 2 sind erforderlich.
• Realschulabschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss wird erwartet.
• Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung ist erforderlich.
• Gute PC-Kenntnisse in Windows und Office.
• Physische und geistige Fitness zur Ausführung aller Aufgaben wird vorausgesetzt.

Responsibilities

• Erstellt im begrenzten Umfang Zeichnungen und Skizzen.
• Erstellt Arbeits- und Leistungsbeschreibungen in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Ermittelt Materialbedarf und Kosten pro Position.
• Entwickelt Detaillösungen und Rough Costs für noch zu entwickelnde Projekte.
• Arbeitet an Standorten Kaiserslautern, Landstuhl, Pirmasens, Miesau und Sembach.
• Unterstützt andere Gewerke bei Bedarf und folgt Normen (DIN, EN, UVV, VDE, VOB, ISO).

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Erstellt im begrenzten Umfang Zeichnungen und Skizzen

• Ermittelt Art und Menge des benötigten Materials
• Ermittelt Kosten für jede einzelne Position
• Erarbeitet Detaillösungen
• Ermittelt ungefähre Kosten für Projekte die noch nicht im Detail bearbeitet sind ( Rough Costs )
• Arbeitet in den Standorten Kaiserslautern, Landstuhl, Pirmasens, Miesau und Sembach
• Arbeitet regelmässig in einem Team, wenn es das Projekt erfordert
• Unterstützt bei Bedarf andere Gewerke bei deren Arbeitsaufgaben

Job Description

• Plans and estimates various construction projects
• Prepares detailed work descriptions
• Independently performs all work within the occupational role
• Prepares drawings and sketches on a limited basis
• Prepares work descriptions and specifications in German and English
• Determines the type and quantity of materials required
• Determines the cost of each line item
• Develops detailed solutions
• Prepares approximate costs for projects not yet developed in detail (Rough Costs)
• Works at the Kaiserslautern, Landstuhl, Pirmasens, Miesau and Sembach locations
• Regularly works as part of a team when the project requires it
• Assists other trades with their work as needed
• Follows company procedures and DIN, EN, UVV, VDE, VOB and ISO standards
• Maintains all operationally required work records
• Participates in further training in the company's interest
• Perform other operationally necessary duties as directed by the supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• Intermediate secondary school qualification (Realschulabschluss) or equivalent
• Completed vocational training
• Knowledge of PC operation, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform all duties.
• English skills at Level 2 required
