Pipeline Engineer (Natural Gas)

Location: Orlando, FL (In-Office/Hybrid)

Industry: Utility Infrastructure / Natural Gas

We are seeking a Natural Gas Pipeline Engineer to support the design and development of underground natural gas distribution and transmission projects throughout Florida. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of utility infrastructure projects while collaborating with experienced engineers, designers, and project managers in a growing natural gas market. The ideal candidate will have experience with pipeline design, drafting, and utility infrastructure projects, along with strong AutoCAD skills and the ability to interpret field and survey data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design underground natural gas pipeline systems and related infrastructure.
• Develop construction drawings, as-builts, and design documentation using AutoCAD.

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and/or GIS platforms.
• Familiarity with mechanical piping components, valves, meters, regulators, and related equipment.
• Exposure to utility engineering or consulting environments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
