• Enthusiasm for hands-on laboratory work, high level of accuracy, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for R&D projects in the field of cold forming, with a focus on liquid lubricants/emulsions – from concept to series production.
• Planning and execution of small-scale laboratory experiments, including precise documentation of results.
• Scaling: Support in transferring laboratory results to pilot plant and production scale.
• Technical documentation: Preparation of technical documentation (technical data sheets, product specifications, certificates, etc.).
• Optimization: Continuous evaluation and improvement of materials and process parameters.
