Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at a PSC in Connelly Springs, NC. The role involves routine blood collection, specimen handling, and patient-facing service on a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include phlebotomy, data entry, billing support, and ensuring accurate patient information. Minimal supervision and potential travel to additional sites are noted, along with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience

Additional Job Standards:

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Travel to additional sites when needed, reliable transportation

PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
