The position is linked to the research group of Prof. Dr. Guiscard Seebohm (IfGH-Cellular Electrophysiology and Molecular Biology).
The Cellular Electrophysiology and Molecular Biology group is positioned at the University of Münster. The group often teams up with other research groups with complementary expertise to study physiological and chemical biology of proteins like ion channels and proteases. The group tackles questions in the field of ion channels and proteases with innovative physiological, 3D modeling, structural elucidation and (bio-)chemical methods, interconnecting biochemistry, pharmacology, and medicine and foster the individual development of young researchers.
