University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG) seeks a PhD student in the Department of Neurology to assist with grant writing for a Marie Curie Training Program. The role is part-time for up to four months, focusing on literature search on low intensity electrical stimulation, organizing partner meetings, and preparing the grant.

Required is a master’s degree in neuroscience, psychology, or biomedical engineering, with interest in brain stimulation and strong English and German language skills.

PhD Student (f/m/d)

part time , limited to 3 months

We are looking for a PhD student to work at the Department of Neurology, University Medical Center, Göttingen, Germany, for 4 month, in order to support grant writing for a Marie Curie Training Program. The project is founded by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture. The candidate will be asked to perform literature search on low intensity electrical stimulation, organize meetings with the scientific partners and prepare the grant.

Key Requirements:

A master’s degree in a neuroscience-related field, or in psychology or biomedical engineering.

• Interest in brain stimulation.
• Good organization skills
• Good command of the English and German languages (written and oral)
