Optum is seeking a licensed pharmacist to build and maintain Epic Willow medication records. This role collaborates with pharmacy and IT teams to support Epic Willow applications and related pharmacy systems.

Responsibilities include configuring records, updating medication data, and providing non-prime call support. Certifications in Willow Inpatient/Ambulatory are preferred, with potential certification after hire.

Position in this function is responsible for building and maintaining Epic Medication (eRx) Records. Works closely with operational partners to implement requested changes. Identify opportunities for workflow and application maintenance improvements. Responsible for representing Epic Willow team in projects and collaborating across applications teams. Leads Willow driven projects and collaborates with operational subject matter experts and application team members. Follows Change Management protocols including adhering to build standards, testing and quality assurance practices and technical documentation requirements. Will provide non-prime call support.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain ERX/medication records in Epic
• Perform updates to medication data as clinical practices change

• Participate as an individual contributor within the pharmacy solutions team

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist (active license)
• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacist
• 1+ years experience building/maintaining Epic Willow Applications to 6 months of epxerience building / maintaing Epic Willow Applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification/Proficiency in Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory. New hire without will be asked to complete Certification/Proficiency shortly after hire date
• Certification in Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory
• 2+ years of experience using and/or maintaining Epic Willow applications
• Proficiency in Willow Inpatient or Ambulatory

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
