SuperVista AG is seeking a Performance Marketing Senior Specialist to lead paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok. You will manage large budgets, optimize bidding, and scale ROAS while building scalable processes.

You will collaborate with creative teams, implement data-driven optimization, analyze attribution with GA4, and report actionable insights to fuel growth. English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience managing high spend Meta Ads campaigns (monthly budgets of tens of thousands).
• Proficiency in the Meta & TikTok Ads ecosystem.
• Understanding of Meta Ads specifics: attribution, Pixel/CAPI, and creative testing.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Organizational and independent, strategic partner mindset.
• English required; German knowledge is a plus.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Specialist to take the helm of our paid campaigns. If you know how to manage budgets,tame Smart Bidding algorithms, scale sales on Facebook/Instagram, and if charts and ROAS are your second language – this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Meta Ads and TikTok campaigns.

• Optimization of campaigns focusing on Lead Acquisition Cost and ROAS at a large scale.

• Account Structure Management: Maintaining keyword hygiene,exclusions, and testing bidding strategies.

• Analytics & Reporting: Working with Meta, Google Analytics 4,analyzing attribution, and drawing business insights from data (beyond just reporting clicks).
• Collaboration: Working with the graphic/creative team to produce effective ad creatives and running A/B tests.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in independently managing high spend Meta Ads campaigns (monthly budgets of at least tens of thousands).

• Proficiency in the Meta & TikTok Ads ecosystem

• Understanding of Meta Ads specifics: Attribution challenges,Pixel/CAPI configuration, and creative testing.

• Analytical Thinking: You understand why results might dip and don’t make rash decisions based on incomplete data.

• Organization & Independence: We are looking for a strategic partner, not just a task executor
• Language Skills: English is required. Knowledge of German would be a huge asset.
